Delivery Options

Delivery is free on all orders placed at pegdevonline.co.uk.

Next Working Day Delivery

Free next working-day delivery is available on selected items. Next working-day delivery eligibility can be viewed in your basket before payment.

To be eligible for free next working-day delivery, you will need to place your order by 3pm (GMT/BST) Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after these cut off times will be delivered the following working-day.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email confirming the courier’s consignment number. If you have provided a mobile number, you should receive a text message on the day of delivery with an estimated time slot and a link to tracking information.

Delivery Restrictions

Our next working-day delivery service is not available in the below locations. We cannot currently offer delivery to The Channel Islands, PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Returns & Refunds
 
At pegdev.co.uk we want to ensure you have a positive experience when shopping with us. Occasionally though, you may want to return items and you have the right to cancel the purchase of most items up to 14 days from the day you receive the item. You also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, not fit for purpose or not of satisfactory quality.
 
Under UK law you have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item.  For more information about these statutory rights, please visit Adviceguide, at http://www.adviceguide.org.uk/.

When returning any item you must do so in the exact conditions you received it from Pegdev Ltd. You agree and accept that the returned product will become Pegdev Ltd’s property, and that Pegdev Ltd is therefore entitled to sell it to third parties at full discretion.

Pegdev Ltd do not cover or subsidise return delivery fees.
 
Once the returned goods are received by Pegdev Ltd, a full refund will be issued for the item(s) within 5-7 working days. For incorrect, defective, or damaged items, you’ll be refunded for original delivery costs, as well any Import Fees Deposit(s) for the returned item(s), once your return is processed.
